1. No Personal Data Collection This website is a static research portfolio for Anthony Wertz, a robotics and machine learning researcher based in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area. I do not collect, store, or process any personal information (names, emails, or identities) from visitors. There are no comment sections, newsletter sign-ups, or user accounts.

2. Infrastructure and Passive Logging This site is served via Cloudflare and GitHub Pages. To maintain security and performance, these providers collect standard server access logs (such as IP addresses and browser types). I use Cloudflare’s aggregate, privacy-preserving analytics to monitor general site health—like bandwidth usage and total visits—but I do not use this data to identify or track individual visitors.

3. No Behavioral Tracking I do not care to track your behavior. This site uses absolutely no client-side tracking pixels, advertising scripts, or third-party behavioral analytics software like Google Analytics.

4. Cookies Because there is no tracking or user authentication, this site does not generate or store cookies for marketing or profiling purposes. You may see a technical security cookie from Cloudflare used solely for bot detection and to ensure the site remains available. These cookies do not contain personal information, and you will not see a cookie consent banner because there is nothing to “consent” to beyond basic site security.

5. External Links Some research notes, tutorials, or project pages contain links to external repositories, university directories, or hardware vendors. I am not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those external websites.

6. Policy Updates If I ever decide to implement features that require active data collection, such as a discussion forum, this policy will be updated to reflect those changes before they take effect.
